Recently I’ve found myself explaining to a lot of people why I didn’t go into “the ministry” after Bible College and Seminary. It’s been a personal topic that I’ve never talked all that much about. So I thought with this podcast, I’d sit down to talk about “the call” to ministry, what I conceive the ministry to be as we read about in the pages of the New Testament, and the struggles I have in regard to answering that calling in the context of the church today. And ultimately, why I decided after a lot of soul searching, not to go into the ministry.
